Hi, for a start I would like to ask in which casino did you play this game ? 

Regarding the fact that you feel that you were not paid the correct amounts, where is it shown how much you won ? Did you tell the casino that you feel something is wrong ? Also that you didn't see the bonus spins in your history ? I think that such a thing would have to be checked by the game provider if there was a specific error.
