I am submitting this complaint regarding a highly unfair and unacceptable experience with this casino, which resulted in the confiscation of my fully wagered and legitimately obtained winnings.

April 14, 2026 (~20:45): I made my first deposit of €80 and activated a First Deposit Sports Bonus.
I proceeded to complete the wagering requirements over several hours, placing bets on major, legitimate international sports leagues.
Throughout the entire wagering process, I was in continuous contact with live support, repeatedly verifying that my actions were fully compliant with the bonus terms.
After successfully completing the wagering, I requested a withdrawal.
April 16, 2026: My withdrawal was canceled, and €920 in winnings was removed, citing an alleged breach of maximum bet rules.
Key Issues and Arguments:
Clear Misinformation in Bonus Interface
In the bonus details displayed directly in my account, it clearly stated:
"Maximum stake for wager: No limit"
I relied on this explicit information when placing my bets. This is a critical point — the interface provided by the casino directly contradicted the explanation later used to confiscate my winnings.
Active and Repeated Verification with Live Support
Due to previous negative experiences with other casinos, I took extra precautions in this case. I:
Contacted live support multiple times during the wagering process
Verified that my bets were valid and compliant
Actively ensured I was not violating any rules
At no point did any support agent inform me of a maximum stake restriction. I acted in full good faith, relying both on the interface and on direct confirmations from support.
System Allowed and Counted All Bets
All my bets were accepted without restriction
All bets were counted towards the wagering requirement
No warnings, blocks, or limitations were applied at any stage
If my bets were truly invalid, the system should have prevented or rejected them immediately, not allowed me to continue and only penalize me after I had completed wagering and accumulated winnings.
