I received an email from ZARbet on 3 February 2026 welcoming me to the VIP programme and introducing my assigned VIP Account Manager. The email promised personal support, quick replies, open communication, and even stated that I would receive a WhatsApp message shortly so we could stay connected.
Unfortunately, since receiving that email, I have had no meaningful contact, no follow-up, and no WhatsApp message as promised. I have also reached out myself and received no response.
What disappoints me most is that the email created expectations of a personalised VIP experience, yet the reality has been complete silence. If a company promises dedicated support and ongoing communication, customers should be able to expect at least a basic response.
Several months later, I am still waiting for feedback. The whole experience feels impersonal and misleading, and I am left questioning whether the VIP programme is genuinely managed or simply an automated marketing exercise.
Very disappointing customer service.
