Hello, yes, I have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, those in live support do not verify any documents, my documents were checked 2 days later. Unfortunately my ID wasn't accepted at first. But after the weekend this was accepted. And today the first payment arrived. So it would have been quicker if they had verified my ID directly. They also have 3x 100% bonuses with no maximum cashout. So I definitely recommend it

I think every experience is good and I see that you had a positive one, which I am sincerely glad for. As far as the withdrawal goes, obviously if the situation you mentioned hadn't occurred it would have been quicker.
