Support just told me it takes many days to verify my 2 documents. Thats weird. Every other casino takes 10 minutes and absolute most is 12 hours.

Looks like I jumped the gun and was excited to write a positive review when I should have waited fully.

They rejected my selfie saying I need to upload it directly from my phone only and not send them a screenshot, saved item or download. Weird.

Then I submit a new one and follow their directions and then...

They made me wait 30 hours to reject the selfie saying my finger is covering a corner of the license im holding.

Ridiculous, overkill and absurd.

They approve my license by itself...then rejected the exact same document with me holding it super clear...because my finger is on one of the corners.

Ok here is a detailed info on what this casino did to me.

Blocked account and requested verification. Ok whatever no problem.

Asked for front of license and selfie..only two options to upload those. Ok did it. Took 30 hours to review.

Document rejected. Didnt like hand placement on the license. Ok weird.

Resubmitted for another 30 hour wait.

approved. But then they asked for back of license. So I did the back of license on same table as they approved front of license. They didnt include this in the first upload section when I could have done it and saved atleast 4 days of stalling.

Each document 30 hours? Yaaaa.

Rejected. "Put back of license on different object"

Another 30 hour wait time.

Resubmitted.

Rejected. Picture is more than 24 hours old.

Resubmitted.

30 hours later approved.

They delay and stall verification to an outrageous insane amount of time that takes at least a week. They try to frustrate you, get bored waiting and play back balances. This is their obvious game plan.

Not a good experience at all.
