While the player initially claimed to have made "an extra account," they later admitted to creating a few accounts, directly violating our platform’s Terms & Conditions and Bonus Terms.
The player also explicitly stated that they did not read the Terms and Conditions, claiming that "nobody does." However, our platform clearly requires all users to agree to these terms during account registration, and failure to read them does not exempt any user from compliance.
The player did attempt to contact support on one occasion. However, this was during a period when live chat services were offline. In such cases, an automated message is shown advising users to reach out via email for assistance. The player did not make any further attempts to contact our support team via the recommended channels.
Instead, the player continued to create additional accounts and play while waiting for verification, further circumventing standard procedures. Due to recent trends of abuse, our team has implemented enhanced verification protocols, which may have caused delays—but all actions remained within the acceptable timeframes.
A withdrawal attempt later triggered our fraud detection system, prompting a full review. This revealed:
· A high number of duplicate accounts
· The use of VPNs and alternate IPs to obscure identity
· Clear violations of multiple platform policies
As a result, the accounts were frozen, and all promotional and deposit funds were withheld in accordance with our policies. The player's conduct reflects intentional abuse, not a misunderstanding.
