Why would you refuse (Romi) to print my honest experience with this casino?? You state it's because " I lost" lol! I stated in the review that it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact I'd lost money - it's the gameplay I have a massive issue with...which again, I stated very clearly in my review. Why would you deliberately hold back on printing information that might just help others? H'mmmm I wonder🤔🙄....😏

Hello, I have read your review and it seems to me that it was right thing with rejection. The point is that 3/4 of what you wrote is just that you lost, that you deposited and failed to win. The only other information or point besides that is that the spins are lagging which is good information for other players. As long as you edit your review and it's not almost all about the fact that you failed to cash out as a result of losing, we have no problem accepting your review. Feel free to mention it, but if it's the main idea around which almost no other information flows, then it was rightly rejected. 

For example, you can mention if you had an exchange with customer support or RTP on slots, the fact that the spins are lagging I said is good information and so on. Then I won't see the problem in the approve. 🙂

So. Lororico (above in the comments/reviews section) can talk aaaalll day long about losses & game manipulation - LIKE NEARLY EVERYONE THAT HAS A VALID COMPLAINT/BAD EXPERIENCE AGAINST CORRUPTED "GAMEPLAY" at casino's...but I leave a valid review that in no way flouted ANY rules or bitter experiences with another casino (VIPSlots) & you point blank REFUSE to print it. You're as corrupt, if not more so in your compliance of these more than shady "casinos". Disgusting 🤮.

I'd ask you to refrain from saying we are corrupt, because your forum privileges will be revoked. I explained nicely what happened and why your review was not accepted. I would have written it to anyone else, just like I would have written it to you. 

If you have bulletproof evidence that the casino is rigging the games, you can also file a complaint if you lost money as a result. 

But again, I warn you to be wary of such unsupported opinions, take it as a warning. 👍

This casino isn’t listed on this site but I felt it necessary to post my complaint & review on this casino on every website possible in order to make people aware of these scammers. If I could give zero stars I would on my reviews. I played some free spins which in order to withdraw on no deposit bonuses or free spins a person has to make a deposit. I made a mistake & thought it was only $10. But made one for the minimum of $15. I did a live chat after that cuz I still couldn't do a w/d. THEIR OWN AGENT TOLD ME TO JUST MAKE A DEP FOR THE ADDITIONAL $10. Which I did. Well actually it was for $11. But that $11 has never been credited to my acct. So I did another live chat & even called. Was told they COULD NOT find the previous chat. That the $11 was below their min & I had to make another deposit for the $25 at one time not in 2 sep deposits. Also that I would have to request a refund with the wallet that I made the Bitcoin deposit through. That they don't receive deposits that are under the min. Therefore they never receive my money, which is total bs & that I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. These people are suppose to be an online casino. I know damn well they got that money cuz it went to their wallet address. I WAS ALSO HUNG UP ON TWICE! These people are the rudest customer service agents I've ever encountered. They are LIARS & THIEVES!!! I would not give these scammers & thieves ur money. Come to find out these people are operating illegally & without a valid license issued by a regulated authority.

Hi, I see what your problem is. Besides, you still have those wins you want to withdraw, right? 

I think if they can't help you, the best thing to do would be to file a complaint on this link. 👈

As for the casino, we have it listed on our site but you can't see it because of the regulations in your country, so it's possible that when you submit a complaint it doesn't have to be among the casinos, so just select that you don't know the casino and mention in the text about the problem which one it is and our team will fix it for you.
