Been using this casino just over 1 month now. And the first time I joined I got quiet and nice win unfortunately straight after my account got blocked not going to lie alarm bells started ringing and I but after speaking to customer service online they unblocked my account. I don't know why it was blocked. Anyway the winnings was paid out, and I played at this casino a couple of times after and my winning paid out the next day not much £20 or £40 etc. but in all honesty because that happened in the first place account getting blocked it's slightly put me off using them a lot, so I thought I just shared my experience with you guys but it seems like an ok casino

Hello, thank you for your experience that you have described to us. I understand that it probably doesn't make you feel the best when you had your account blocked, but with bigger wins it happens that casinos investigate and block the account until it's over. Of course, it's always best if they tell the player that this is the case, but it's not something that is uncommon. 

Nevertheless, do you still play at this casino, just less ? 🙂

Yeah I still play there Just less put maybe in the future things may change I use them a lot more regular. I'm just a bit wavy now especially first experience. But I do like the layout of the casino and I really do like the selection of games. I think gambling has not become fun no more in the UK. That's me speaking about all casinos my view is you've made the deposit the winnings need to be paid out Without barriers. not many people out there what stick up for gamblers, I think that's became rather sad. When we lose money we don't complain and ask for a refund we just suck it up like you've got to. But then when we win sometimes casinos put barriers in our way for withdrawal I find that very very unfair I'm not talking about this particular casino I'm talking about casinos in general so I think gambling has not become fun no more. There's always that element of worry do I get my winnings because they hold the key and it's the gamblers what have to jump through hoops, we shouldn't be Jumping Through Hoops!! i starting to going to the arcade a lot more I do like it. Put your money in the machine if you win take your money out the machine. That's my View anyway I think that's a view of a lot of people nowadays what I've been reading.,,Years ago I was happy if I won at a casino and cashed out!! Now when I win I'm not even happy I'm not jumping up down with joy!! What goes through my head is is this casino going to put barriers in my way I only get happy when I check my bank and eventually it's like in there and it's real that has become really sad reality for a lot of people,,but going back to this particular casino I will use it now again I do like the payouts they are really really fast well to me they are the next day which is always nice

I feel for you in this case and I think a lot of players would have the same opinion. However, it's important to remember that sometimes casinos have to check the necessary things, because in the online world it's difficult. If everything is in order, then I wouldn't understand casinos having barriers on withdrawals. Of course some casinos are better some worse and it is up to the players where they play. If I could find one where there were few issues, I'd stick with that one. 

I also had a similar debate a few days ago with a player who also mentioned that he would rather play in a casino than online, because there he doesn't have to worry about not getting his money. So, despite everything, I understand both sides.
