Το Wyns Casino δεν έλαβε πληρωμή

Γεια σε όλους, έχει κανείς από εσάς εμπειρία με το Wyns Casino; Πρόσφατα εγγράφηκα εκεί και κατέθεσα σχεδόν 3.000€. Επιτέλους κέρδισα κάτι και τώρα, όπως πάντα, περιμένω τις αναλήψεις. Ζήτησα τρεις αναλήψεις πριν από περίπου τρεις ημέρες και δεν έχω λάβει ακόμη καμία απάντηση. Μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει απαιτηθεί επαλήθευση. Έκανα κατάθεση και ανάληψη από τον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό. Από όσα έχω διαβάσει, κάποιοι στο Wyns Casino αντιμετωπίζουν προβλήματα με τις αναλήψεις. Έχει αντιμετωπίσει κανείς από εσάς αυτό; Έχετε λάβει τις αναλήψεις σας;

Hi, I see that some players are having problems according to the complaints. I don't know yet if they will be resolved, but I hope that since the casino has such a high safety index, it will resolve the issues. 

As for when or if you will get paid, I don't want to say anything in advance. If they haven't requested verification, you'll probably just have to wait.

Did you play with a bonus? Are these your first withdrawals? Did you write to them about the withdrawals? 

I have been waiting 5 days as well after finishing my bonus rollover, this website seems highly suspicous.

Yes highly suspicious and its score keeps going up. Very suspect.

Just wanted to come here to say that I opened an account last week, deposited ~$100, and withdrew just over $1,200 after finishing bonus requirements. Requested withdrawal in 2 increments (due to withdrawal limits), one 5 days ago, one 4 days ago. Just received payments today, which is 3 'business days' and in line with their stated timeframe.

I read the threads on here and was a bit nervous, but figured it would be helpful to come here and note that I DID get my payment somewhat within their specified time. It might not be the case for everyone.

I still probably won't continue here because it's too long of a delay, and I do think they try to incentivize canceling withdrawals, but at the very least I got my money.

At the beginning I thought that you were really happy there, and at the end you wrote that you won't continue playing.

Of course it is only up to you, but is it only because it is too long for you to wait for your winnings, right?

Έλαβα υποσχέσεις για credits από την Wyns εντός τριών ημερών, αλλά δεν έφτασαν ποτέ στον λογαριασμό μου. Δύο μπόνους σταδίου των 90€ και στη συνέχεια ένα ακόμη μπόνους των 100€ με μία συναλλαγή. Γνωρίζει κανείς κάτι σχετικά με αυτό; Ή έχει αντιμετωπίσει κάποιος άλλος το ίδιο πρόβλημα;

Hi, am I understanding correctly that the casino promised you these two bonuses in exchange for making a deposit? Or what exactly do you mean when you say "credits"? I’m not sure what that refers to specifically or what you were supposed to receive them for.

I haven’t seen other players mentioning this particular issue, but in general, I know that casinos aren’t necessarily obligated to provide bonuses to players, and they may not always have to give a reason for not offering one.

If you could explain the situation in a little more detail, I’d have a better understanding of what happened and might be able to give you a more informed answer.🙂

Ναι, υποτίθεται ότι ήταν ένα απλό μπόνους μετρητών με μια εφάπαξ απαίτηση τζίρου. Θα στείλω ένα στιγμιότυπο οθόνης. Έλαβα τρία από αυτά σε τρεις ημέρες, αλλά από τότε κανείς δεν έχει επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου και δεν έχω λάβει καμία πίστωση.

Hmm, that makes the situation quite difficult. If nobody has contacted you and you haven’t received anything, then as I said, while the casino ultimately doesn’t necessarily have to provide you with the bonuses it offered, I still don’t understand why they would send you emails like that in the first place.

On the one hand, I’d probably just ignore it. On the other hand, I’d want to know why this is happening and whether the casino actually intends to provide you with those bonuses, or what you can expect from them going forward.

If you can’t get any information from them at all, though, it’s difficult. Especially if they’re not responding to you through either email or live chat.😕
