I am not able to register at any of the casinos that use inclave registration. Once I fill in the form and hit enter it prompts me to verify email address. Please help.

Doest it mean that confirmation email from Inclave have never arrived? Did you check the spam and promos section of your email, please?

Hello,

as far as I know, Inclave is an app for easy password filling and security. You can disable it as well as you can disable Google Smart Lock - for instance.

Or do you mean anything else, please?

I’m having same problem with my email address. It won’t proceed without verifying and there’s nothing beyond that. There’s no customer support help to ask on the website. It’s crap. Very frustrating.

Hello,

I've just registered to Inclave so I could access some support. Well, I found nothing. 🙁 

I only noticed that the screen where you should enter the verification code from the associated email also contains the "change email" button, in the right lower corner. If you happened to fill an incorrect email (like misplaced letters or missing numbers) previously, this should be the way how to solve this issue, I think.


Frankly, I have not found anything else.

not sure I folow your problem correctly, but you may change your email anytime:

I tried to find some info about how to delete/cancel/block the Inclave account but it seems like nobody shared a hint.

I have yet received a response from any of the inclave related casinos regarding my document verification, can you help? It's been over a week and they claim 72hrs.

Thank you for the response, and quick one too. Yes this is for KYC and I have it waiting for raging bull, captain Jack, royal ace and prism. All under inclave logins and 0 responses.

If I may guess, I would say that this is not pretty related to the Inclave. This app serves as the safeguarded gateway to the casino.

Sometimes, players' accounts are blocked due to ongoing verification, so I think that this is the case more likely. 

In some cases, verification can take up to a week or so, I would wait a bit.

Kinldy keep me posted, please.

I sent in my requests September 1st. I will wait a few more days. If I don't hear back at all after, let's say 3 days, are you suggesting they might have blocked my account and not even tell me about it?

I was assuming that you already submitted those documents, but now I'm not so sure.

How exactly did you send your request, please? Have you also sent some documents, meaning is the verification in the process now? Or are you just waiting for instructions?
