As for the claim that the casino manipulates the slot games, I would be careful with that conclusion. Poor results or long losing periods alone aren't enough to show that a game has been manipulated. If you noticed something specific happening in a particular game or round, though, please tell us what exactly happened and which game/provider it involved.

If that amount was shown as a specific reward for reaching the level, then it is quite different from simply not receiving additional VIP bonuses or free spins. In that case, the casino should ideally be able to show when and how the €30 was credited to your account.
