Well, did you go to support or live chat to ask what is the reason why you didn't get it when you were eligible? Did the casino do anything to explain this?

Its calculated based on net losses, deposits - withdrawals. I have proof from my deposit and transaction history that not only am I eligible for cashback, but its also a a big amount.

When I asked livechat, they didnt give me a reason why cashback from calculator was 0.0. All they said to me was "send an email to support and vip" and they copy pasted the calculation formula of the cashback. They have not responded to it for 7 hours now

So if you sent an email I would try to wait some more. Maybe it was just a mistake or maybe the casino will find out if you met all the conditions to get it. 

But so far you have always obtained the cashback normally or is this the first time you should have obtained it?

I got one months ago, cause I returned to this casino after a long time. Last time they creditted me successfully becausei it was a small amount. Now that its much higher suddenly im not eligible. I have proofs with screenshots of the net losses of this week, transactions, etc

I contacted live chat right now, asking them why they are not answering to my emails. The answer is:

"I checked your request, which was sent earlier today. The answer is we dont handle the brand spinfest" I have the screenshots:

I have emailed them since yesterday. Support and VIP. None of the responding, and of course no update regarding not creditting me my cashback. But look, it gets even funnier:

Hmm, maybe support just misunderstood or misinterpreted something, I don't know. Anyway, probably the biggest problem is the cashback.

I know that when it comes to bonuses, the casino doesn't have to give them to the player without giving a reason, but if they tell you that they'll email you, that would be confusing to me. 

So try to hold out if you have emailed, sometimes it's not a couple of hours or a day that they get to you right away. Let's see if they write something off.

Day 3 of zero answer on my email. They are still unresponsive and of course the problem with the cashback is not resolved

I'm sorry to hear that, but the only option is to that they get back to you. 

Unfortunately, as I said, casinos are under no obligation to offer players their bonuses and they don't have to give any reason for doing so.
