What I don't understand is that I requested a withdrawal 6 days ago, and when the 4 days they have to process it have passed, they write to me and just give excuses. And on top of that, they say they'll personally handle my withdrawals, and still nothing arrives.

They don't move until you file a complaint.

Lo que no entiendo es que solicite un retiro hace 6 días y cuando pasan los 4 días que tienen para procesarlo le escriban y solo den excusas. Y encima dicen que se van a encargar personalmente de tus retiros y sigue sin llegar nada.

Hasta que no abres una queja no se mueven.

Nevertheless, I believe that self-created terms and conditions must also be upheld. If it stated: "Withdrawals usually take 14 days and the monthly limit is €3000," then definitely far fewer people would play there. So, in my opinion, it's misleading. I will submit another complaint after waiting another 14 days. Thanks 🙂

Dennoch bin ich der Meinung, dass selbst erzeugte AGB‘s auch gelten müssen. Wenn dort stehen würde: „Auszahlungen dauern in der Regel 14 Tage und das Monatslimit ist 3000€ dann würden definitiv viel weniger Menschen dort spielen. Es ist also in meinen Augen Täuschung. Ich werde die Möglichkeit einer weiteren Beschwerde nach erneuten 14tagen warten wieder einreichen. Danke 🙂
