The withdrawal is pending Customer service chat is telling me that it’s still pending with the compliance team At first they were blaming the game provider Now They tell me that there’s no update and to be patient I think it’s 17 days now Before this withdrawal I lost 14 straight deposits

Hello. Still has not ended. 22 days now and I’m still being told that it’s with compliance team for review. And not to worry it will be processed as soon as review is over

I saw some rules saying that the process may take up to 30-90 days. Is something concrete stated in the rules? Regardless, we cannot expedite the process, and if the game provider is involved, it could take a significant amount of time. Yet it seems that this is not the main issue anymore. Good.

The way I see it, though, it's still not about paying but about validating the claim.

First of all, the casino should inform you about the conclusion. Let's hope it won't take long!

I made my first withdrawal from Slot Bunny Casino on 12/30/25 for $618.00. An hour went by and I received an email stating they needed a KYC from me. Nope 3 days later after me contacting Chat support every hour and countless emails to Management and Support which I never received any response back at all my withdrawal was approved and I received it. The whole time Chat support was telling me my withdrawal is with compliance and waiting for the game provider to verify my game play. Chat support said they continue to follow up but compliance has not given any updates. Well a couple of days ago I received a nice bonus via email from Slot bunny so I went to the Chat support and said straight out I am almost scared to deposit because I don’t want another issue with my withdrawal if I should win. I was reassured that it was just a random thing and the withdrawal process is fast easy and I should not encounter any issues moving forward. Well silly me bought the LIE and deposited on 1/14/26. I ended up winning $1016.00. I go to withdrawal and after an hour did not receive anything. I reach out to Chat support first I’m told they are busy and working on it then I’m told 3 hours later after I reach out pissed that my withdrawal once again is with Compliance and they will release it soon. Then I’m told the next day they are waiting on the Game Provider to sign off to release my money. Each and everyone I speak to at Chat Support gives me a different excuse on why I have not received my withdrawal. I have emailed once again Support and Management and have not heard ANYTHING BACK at all just like the first time!

Hi Rosie How long has it been? In the beginning I had a bunch of withdrawals that they did pay. But then I noticed the process was taking a lot longer. My last withdrawal of $705 was pending with the compliance team for over 30 days. I emailed management and support probably 30-40 times. They never responded. The chat would tell me that not to worry it’s under review with compliance team and that I will have my funds as soon as the review is over. I knew I was not going to get my withdrawal so that closed my account but before I closed it i cancelled my withdrawal and played and lost the funds. That was after a month of waiting

There is nothing you can do if they don’t want to pay u. Your screwed

Hi thank you for the response. It’s now 3 days for me. What I don’t get is this is only the 2nd withdrawal I have with them and both times issues. First one was 12/30 and I was under alleged review and on the 3rd day it was approved. I was told not to worry that moving forward I would not encounter this issue again. Boom second withdrawal same exact issue. Your right nobody from support management nothing has ever once responded to my emails and trust me I sent a lot. Who can I file a formal complaint with? Do you have their licensing information or anything. They may get away with this with other people but they came against the wrong person today. I learned along time ago DONT EVER MESS with peoples

3 days isn’t bad. You still have a shot. Once it gets to 10 days or over that’s when I would panic. Honestly there is nothing you can do if they don’t want to pay you.

Now they need to check the gameplay for the second withdrawal, right?

Hello! Yes first withdrawal was paid out after 3 day delay. This is only my second withdrawal and I’m being told now it was flagged once again and all 4 game providers need to sign off. I have yet to get an email return from support or management the first time and now the second time. I will attach what Chat told me tonight. file

Same story as everyone else. Been waiting 8 days for my $2000 withdrawal and am continuously being told it’s either with game provider or compliance depending upon who I am chatting with.
