These people scammed me for my money! As seen in the screenshots, I deposited $150 and won over 2k. When it came to withdrawing the money, there was no issue until I sent them a message as the processing time was a bit too long. They replied with "we’re processing it- your request is being handled with care". I check the process of the withdrawal and it says "$2,199.8 credit forfeited." I messaged them as to why and they said "suspicious betting" and not playing "fair". I demanded an explanation but to no success. Please, help me get my money back and warn people about this site.


Let me know if any of you have had a similar experience!

"This casino does not have any publicly available general Terms and Conditions, which means it does not specify the rules that should be followed when playing at it."

"Operates with a fake license."

"Unprofessional or very bad customer support."

In short, I want to tell you that everything will be fine, but this casino is very close to being a scam, so this is how they do business. The complaint is a logical step, but these kinds of operators are seen as dangerous because they don't care about fairness.

I understand you want the money. I tried to say that given those circumstances, very little is guaranteed. Complaint was submitted, and it was truly the best you could do; the result, however, remains to be seen. I wish you the best outcome possible.
