You are saying that Pragmatic is hiding the RTP on their slots, only for your site? Why would they ever do that? You realize how delusional that sounds right? Pragmatic does not hide the RTP of their slots.

What I think is happening here is that you have specially asked for that kind of build of the slots where the RTP is hidden. Other possibility is that you have some kind of pirated versions with super low RTP values etc. Something sketchy is 100% going on.

CASINO REFUSES TO pAY! 

On June 9, 2022 I signed up for an account and deposited $2K in BTC to the casino. I won big playing high limit slots and won over $5,300. I played through my deposits over 3X. 

I submitted a withdrawal for $5,300 on June 9, 2022. Support Chat on the website said it would take 24 hours to process due to it being my first withdrawal. 

On June 10, 2022 my account was suspended with the message "Your account has been suspended 

because we have detected suspicious activities." 

I contacted chat support but they could not provide an explanation. I also emailed their support but never got a reply. 

I followed all the terms, won big and should be paid ASAP. I did not have any bonuses associated with this account. They even show me as a top winner on their website! See images.

Frankly, if you win big you usually trigger a further check. It's normal. If you win a national lottery you are also not paid immediately. So, the casino is probably checking your gaming history at the moment. They also need to make sure that there was no technical glitch or bug in the game because in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in such a case casino is not obliged to pay out the winnings. Due to this, even the game provider can be asked for some technical details associated with your gameplay. Just check the rules yourself to be sure about it. What is not normal is the way how the casino share information with you.

I do not understand why they just can't say: Hey, congratulations! Allow us a few weeks to check your gaming history with the game provider we must stick with our Terms and Conditions as well. We will inform you when any development occurs." - or something similar instead of: "Your account has been suspended 

because we have detected suspicious activities." 

This is not a good approach. 🙁
