I have been trying to self exclude myself from this casino for over a month now. Rollyspin.com have not done what I have asked and keep replying to my emails saying we can give you a bonus instead. I am really disgusted with their behaviour and I don’t know what else to do

I deposited and played at Rollyspin, building my balance from €40 up to €500 through legitimate play. I requested a withdrawal of €500 on June 10, 2026, choosing my original deposit card as the payment method.

As of today, June 26, 2026 — 16 days later — I have still not received this payment. My withdrawal status remains "pending" with no update.

I have contacted support repeatedly via live chat and email. Every single response has been generic and non-committal: phrases like "your case has been marked as priority" or "I will personally oversee your request," but absolutely nothing has changed. No one has ever given me a specific timeframe or a valid reason for the delay.

For context: my KYC was fully verified, I met all wagering requirements before requesting the withdrawal, and no additional documents have ever been requested from me. There is no legitimate reason I can see for this delay.

I have since filed an official complaint with Casino Guru and I am sharing this here so other players considering Rollyspin are aware of this pattern. I will update this post with the outcome once resolved.

Hi, I think you did the right thing by submitting a complaint on our website.

At Casino Guru, we generally give casinos up to 14 days to process withdrawals. Since you've already been waiting longer than that, your complaint is certainly justified. If your account has already been verified, you've met all the bonus conditions, and the casino hasn't requested any additional documents, then I also don't see an obvious reason why the withdrawal should be delayed any further.

At this point, we'll have to see what our complaint team is able to find out from the casino. Hopefully, they'll be able to get a clear explanation and help move your case toward a resolution.

Based on what you've shared, I don't think there's much more you can do right now other than wait for the complaint process to continue. 🙂
