has anyone had a succesful withdrawal from this place? im now waiting 4 days with the same crappy reply from support, please be patient, but no movement. places like this really turn me off the industry
Hmm, from what I've seen, we don't have much information from the players about the withdrawal. I've looked at both the complaints and the user reviews so I haven't found much of relevance there.
Anyway, a few days shouldn't be too bad yet, so I'd wait and if it persists, you can file a complaint with us.

yes first the usual, passport, card and address, then they waited 3 days and said they need a selfie, then nothing, they dont answer emails and support just do the same copy and paste answers. it takes the good out of winning anything when u have to go looking for your payment every day
Clearly I see that verification is in process. We'll see what they tell you and if anything at all. Usually it has to be successful in order to get the money out. Let's wait and see if we hear back about the selfie and if not, then I would seek help from our team.
