That said, if an exact amount is required for verification, this must be clearly communicated in advance, and the player should not be pushed into repeating deposits.
The key issue here is not the technical detail but the fact that you were assured withdrawals would be possible and then faced additional conditions. That is not okay and definitely deserves proper review from the casino.
