First off: I don't like to criticize others, and I'm aware that there's a lot of (mostly) shady business going on with online offshore casinos, and that jobs at your site (Casino.Guru) indirectly depend on them. However, since the casinos in this group have (so far) received top ratings everywhere, I think it's worth issuing a brief warning if I've prevented even one more person from becoming a victim.

Thus, one less person who doesn't "lose" €1,500 of legitimate winnings. If you're in Telegram groups, perhaps warn others there; these casinos frequently offer bonuses of up to 500%, which explains their enormous popularity.

That's why I'm starting this thread here; perhaps CG's management will also give it some thought.

Recently, more and more former Dama/Hollycorn casinos have been operating under this new company (Stable Tech) without notification.

Currently at least these , in fact even more, and there will certainly be more.

Casinos, just like some gambling/hollycorn stalls, occasionally offer "RANDOM" bonus codes; you send in 3 bonus codes and the user "randomly" receives one of these 3 bonuses (values vary).

This happens about once a month, and sometimes at the sister casinos as well, in all casinos of this company instead of just two.

Hmm, a 200% bonus with 200 free spins and a fair maximum win of €3,000 on a €20 deposit. And a 33% chance of winning, okay, let's do it.

Back when Hollycorn/Dama Casinos were still around, I reported on something similar on gamblejoe. They offered a random bonus of (approximately) €20, €30, or €100 on deposits in their advent calendar, but unfortunately, I only received two bonuses of €20 and one of €30. In that thread I noted that 95% of users deposit directly via the main page. However, the software softswiss, which you use, also offers its own management tool within its profile; this "my profile" is almost always in smaller font in a menu that can only be opened by clicking.

And why shouldn't a standard user deposit via the clearly visible main navigation? Because most people do it that way, most don't notice this scam. Depositing via the hidden menu has the enormous advantage that in 90% of casinos you can immediately see whether the bonus works for you, and even with the more well-known "surprise XXX%" bonuses, you can immediately see the value, wagering requirements, validity period, etc.

Now this is perfect for us, because we can now be sure of getting the 200% bonus without relying on luck! :))) So let's see:

Sometimes it still has "creative" ideas like this

80% with possibly only 5x revenue... Oh shoot, there were 31x "random" revenues everywhere. Coincidentally, in all involved parties, they didn't even bother to do anything about it, and for example, 29, 30x, etc., each with 1x.

Or often it says "You will randomly receive between 30 and 777 spins," and it's always under 100, almost always in the 50-70 spin range. Again, screenshots available upon request 😉

Unfortunately, I now suspect that they deliberately set up another Curacao operation for a few euros, and then simply continue running these previously reputable casinos with the same people behind them, just changing the name in the footer. Clever, because that way Dama/Hollycorn's reputation doesn't suffer (more) at the expense of their 50% reputable casinos. I'm willing to bet that in a year, for example, we'll see a flood of complaints about Stable Tech.

Then it also makes sense that these are the only casinos I know of that don't send out a mass email to users about data transfers when ownership changes, etc.

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done effectively. The licensing authority in Curacao doesn't care anyway, and players like CG & AskG 1) won't scare away the largest casino group, and 2) CG etc. can't do anything except accumulate unresolved complaints, while the casinos continue to maintain their top rankings, and very few people check if there are any unresolved complaints about Casino X. If you have any ideas on what might help put some pressure on "fair play," please post them.

If anyone in your management has "unofficial" channels to Holoecorn etc., it would be interesting to get a statement, also explaining why the owner was changed without notification, etc.

Vorweg: Ich mag es nicht auf anderen rumzuhacken und mir ist bewusst, das gerade bei den Online Offshore Casinos viel (Mehrzahl) unseriöses existiert und zB bei euch (Casino.Guru) Arbeitsplätze indirekt davon abhängen. Da die Casinos dieser Gruppe hier aber bisher (noch) überall top bewertet sind, finde ich das wenn ich auch nur 1 weiteren als Opfer verhindert habe lohnt es sich kurz zu warnen.

Die Casinos haben genauso wie manche Dama/Hollycorn Buden immer mal wieder "ZUFALLS" Bonuscodes, man schickt 3 Bonuscodes und der User bekommt ""zufällig" einen dieser 3 Boni (Werte variieren)

Das hat es so ca 1x im Monat und manchmal auch bei den Schwestercasinos in allen statt nur 2 Casinos dieser Firma.

Hmmm ein 200% Bonus mit 200 FS und fairen 3.000 Maximalgewinn bei 20 Eur Einzahlung. Und dazu 33% Chance, okay machen wir.

Ich habe, als es noch Hollycorn/Dama Casinos waren bereits auf gamblejoe mal über ähnliches berichtet, damals im Adventskalender ein zufälliger Bonus von (ungefähr) 20, 30 oder 100 Euro zum Deposit, aber leider leider nur 2x 20 und einmal 30 Eur hinterlegt. Wenn Ihr übers versteckte Menü einzahlt hat es den enormen Vorteil das Ihr in 90% der Casinos grad seht ob der Bonus bei euch funktioniert und auch bei den bekannteren "Überraschungs XXX %" Bonus sieht man dann sofort den Wert, Umsatzanforderung, Gültigkeit etc.

Nun also perfekt für uns, können wir doch damit ohne Glück mit Sicherheit den 200% Bonus erhalten! :))) Also schauen wir mal:

Clever, denn dadurch leidet der Ruf von Dama/Hollycorn nicht noch (mehr) zulasten der 50% seriösen Casinos von denen. Ich gehe jede Wette ein, das wir zB in 1 Jahr massenhaft Beschwerden über Stable Tech finden werden.

Dann ergibt es auch Sinn, das es die einzigen Casinos sind wo ich kenne, wo bei Besitzerwechsel keine Rundmail an die User verschickte, das die Daten übertragen werden etc.

Leider wird man effektiv nichts machen können, Lizenzaufsicht in Curacao juckts eh nicht und Player wie CG & AskG werden 1) die grösste CasinoGruppe nicht vergraulen und 2) kann CG usw auch nichts machen ausser ungelöste Beschwerden dann sammeln, während die Casinos weiterhin top Rank haben und nur die wenigsten schauen ob zu Casino X ungelöste Beschwerden sind. Wenn Ihr Ideen habt was evtl. helfen könnte da etwas Druck zu "Fair Play" zu machen dann gerne auch posten.

Falls jemand von eurem Management da "inoffizielle" Kanäle zu Holöycorn etc hat, wäre es spannend mal eine Stellungnahme einzuholen, auch warum man einfach ohne Mitteilung den Besitzer ändert et c.

Radka, in my case it's €1,500. There are also often wins without a maximum win limit, especially with welcome offers. Imagine someone depositing 20% and winning a six-figure jackpot or higher. If they can just dismiss things with a single sentence and call it dead when you're only €1,500... then good luck in such a case.

I don't know the exact details/background, but in my experience, casinos ALWAYS make it difficult when you have to wager a bonus; I only know 3-4 casinos where sums of around 1,000 were paid out without any problems for 20 Euro bets.

Apparently, the casino then has to add to the player's winnings and not just the bonus amount; otherwise, certain practices/tricks wouldn't be used if my winnings only cost me the €40 bonus amount.

However, one should be able to expect that, especially as the largest provider, they calculate their payouts beforehand and ensure fair payouts. There are plenty of people who lose thousands of euros daily, and they could simply operate responsibly instead of spreading lies like the 200% bonus or the €200 bonus in February. Especially since I actually receive deposit bonuses of 300%, 400%, and recently even 500% at least once a month from these very casinos.

Interestingly, until about 3 weeks ago, these 300-500 bonuses were also without a win limit or at least a minimum of 3,000 euros, whereas for the last 2 weeks, the fine print has limited the win to 10 times the deposit amount, while the average is probably closer to 10 times the bonus amount.

Is all this just a coincidence? Changing the owner without any information and drastically limiting the limit from unlimited to ridiculously low? Simultaneously deleting profits with a single sentence and playing dead?

It's sad what's going on in the world these days, and that as a player you always have to scour bonus terms for words like "maximum." We know that 60-80% of providers are disreputable (see your reviews, and 70% aren't even listed because they quickly go offline). When you then notice such practices with a previously reputable operator, and even small amounts aren't paid out, it looks bleak for the gambling industry. Yes, people who don't receive their winnings are replaced by new customers from streamers, etc., but I find it truly appalling that even the market leader isn't playing fairly anymore. Their reputation is already ruined, and I doubt a new provider will appear tomorrow with a huge starting capital that can easily be used by 10 casinos, but where you know everything is fair, with no unfair hidden clauses, etc.

We've had this here in Switzerland for a few years now with the official online casinos, which offer top bonuses, handle issues via chat, and are professional, partly because they've been operating "real" land-based casinos for decades. Radka, in meinem Fall sinds 1.500 Euro, es hat auch noch oft Gewinne ohne maximal Win, insbesondere bei den Willkommensangeboten. Man stelle sich vor jemand zahlt 20% ein und gewinnt einen Jackpot 6stellig & höher. Wenn Die bei 1.500 schon Sachen sich einfach behaupten & mit 1 Satz löschen & tot stellen ...Dann mal viel Erfolg in so einem Fall.

Ich kenne die genauen Abrechnungen/Hintergründe nicht, aber aus meiner Erfahrung tun Casinos IMMER dann schwierig, wenn man einen Bonus umsetzte, ich kenne nur 3-4 Dama Häuser wo problemlos bei 20 Euro Summen um die 1.000 bezahlt wurden.

Offenbar muss das Casino dann drauf legen und nicht nur den Bonusbetrag des Spielers, sonst würde man gewisse Praktiken/Schilanen nicht anwenden wenn die mein Gewinn nur die 40 Euro Bonusbetrag kosten würde.
