I see a few complaints submitted against them, but when you look at the complaints history, all of them have been resolved. What kind of issue do you have with them?

Just so long …… where Do I start … I think of you read my message on the complaint page with all the pictures etc …. It’s was all about verification and lost . Now it’s about 10% cash back on my account …. Lost over 140.000 Rand .

SkyCrown Casino is holding my $15,000 withdrawal hostage.

They keep demanding a bank statement showing my debit card number, which is impossible under Canadian banking laws. Statements here never include debit card numbers, and I already provided transaction proof, a stamped bank letter, and all valid documents.

SkyCrown is refusing to accept official bank documents and is asking for something no Canadian bank can provide. This feels like a deliberate delay tactic to avoid paying out my $15,000.

I played at SkyCrown Casino and had a very bad experience. I provided all required documents, including a bank-stamped letter and transaction proof, but they kept rejecting them and asking for documents that don’t exist in Canada. They kept giving excuses and delaying my withdrawal. I would not recommend this casino.

Have you explained it to them? What did they say?

If no bank in your country can provide this kind of document, they should find some alternative way for you to get verified, I believe.

Please let us know how the situation stands when you explain that to them.

Yes, I have explained everything to them multiple times. I told them clearly that:

In Canada, bank statements do not show debit card numbers.

Statements are generated monthly, not daily, so I cannot produce a statement on demand.

The document they are requesting does not exist in Canada.

Despite this, they keep repeating the same request word-for-word and completely ignore everything I tell them.

I have already provided a bank-stamped letter showing my full name, account number, and the debit card ending in xxxx — which is the only official document a Canadian bank can issue to confirm card ownership. I also provided the matching transaction proof to their payment provider.

All of this matches the bank document exactly.

They still keep rejecting my withdrawal without explaining what is "incorrect" and keep asking for the same impossible document. At this point, it feels like they don’t want to process the withdrawal at all.

Please let me know what you recommend as the next step, because I’ve provided everything a Canadian bank can legally issue.

Honestly, I have never had an experience like this with any casino.

I’ve provided every possible document a Canadian bank can legally issue, and they still keep asking for something impossible. They reject my withdrawal with no clear explanation and keep repeating the same request, even after I explain the situation in detail.

Please help me — you are my last hope at this point.

Even though I understand that it all must be really hard for you, unfortunately you need to wait until our complaint team is able to intervene in your case.

We are unable to do anything before the 14-day time period passes, you know. I hope that the casino will hear you and come forward, though, before we even intervene.

I just submitted my first request for resolution with virtually the same issues (though mine is only a measly $600). My dispute is with OJO.

i see many Canadians having these issues but the casinos continue to be endorsed on government websites.

It is as if they are idly watching as we are getting robbed.
