Withdrawal issues taking long

I’m waiting for three withdrawals on 4th working day now and still no payment, I usually get paid out in two days even if it’s the weekend , getting worried hearing the reviews etc… all I get told it be with me rest assured the financial team is under pressure ? Not sure what to do?

Okay, the first thing I'd like to know is which casino you're referring to.

That said, four working days isn't an unusually long wait. Sometimes withdrawals are simply queued, the casino's payment processor is handling a high volume of requests, or your withdrawal is undergoing a routine review, all of which are fairly common. So I wouldn't become too worried just yet.

I'd also like to ask whether you're talking about the same casino where you've previously received withdrawals within two days, even over a weekend. If you've already had successful withdrawals from this casino in the past, then I honestly wouldn't be too concerned at this stage. It's likely just taking longer than usual this time.

Let me know which casino it is and whether you've been paid successfully by them before. If the casino continues to delay your withdrawal without providing any meaningful explanation, we generally allow casinos up to 14 days to complete the payout process.
