At this point, I think you're mixing two things, the question about legality - UKGC-licensed casinos AND non-restricted games offering a "buy feature".
I can help with the first part - browse this list.
For the special feature, I'm convinced you need to enter the casino and browse the games available to you to find out whether those features are there.
Alternatively, browse our Free Games Section, pick up some games, then try to find these in the licensed casinos.
I do not have a better suggestion, frankly. Do you have any?
