I want to share my experience so that other users are careful with this platform.

I made a $500 deposit at Orobet and used the welcome bonus. After placing regular bets on the site, my balance increased to $1198.

When I tried to withdraw my money, my account was blocked under the reason of "suspected fraud", without any clear explanation.

Subsequently, they requested a large number of documents from me for verification:

Identity document

Selfie with document

Bank statement

Proof of address

Proof of income

I submitted all the documents correctly and within the requested process. However, I was later informed that my documents "may have been altered," without any evidence being presented.

The most worrying thing is that they then completely changed their story, stating that my account was closed because I did not send the documents on time, which is false.

Then they say they weren't sent on time

These contradictions generate a lot of distrust and show a lack of transparency.

Currently, my account has been permanently closed and Orobet has confiscated my entire balance, including my original deposit.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para que otros usuarios tengan cuidado con esta plataforma.

Realicé un depósito de 500 USD en Orobet y utilicé el bono de bienvenida. Después de realizar apuestas normales dentro del sitio, mi saldo aumentó hasta 1198 USD.

Cuando intenté retirar mi dinero, mi cuenta fue bloqueada bajo el motivo de "sospecha de fraude", sin ninguna explicación clara.

Posteriormente, me solicitaron una gran cantidad de documentos para verificación:

Luego dicen que no se enviaron a tiempo

Estas contradicciones generan mucha desconfianza y muestran falta de transparencia.

Actualmente, mi cuenta ha sido cerrada de forma permanente y Orobet ha confiscado todo mi saldo, incluyendo mi depósito original.

No he recibido pruebas de ninguna actividad fraudulenta, ni una explicación clara.

Considero que esta práctica es injusta y abusiva hacia el usuario.

Ya he iniciado reclamaciones en plataformas de mediación y estoy escalando el caso.
