Καταλαβαίνω τι εννοείς ή τι θέλεις να πεις, αλλά το βλέπω ως εξής:
Όσο υπάρχουν νόμοι πρέπει να τηρούνται γιατί συνήθως βγάζουν νόημα!
Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση, είναι ακριβώς η προαναφερθείσα προστασία παικτών στην Αυστρία, γιατί από τη στιγμή που γνωρίζω άτομα/παίκτες που, μεταξύ άλλων, έχουν καταστρέψει τις οικογένειές τους λόγω του εθισμού τους στον τζόγο, απλά δεν μπορεί κανείς να καταθέσει εύκολα δεκάδες χιλιάδες ευρώ την ημέρα και, στη χειρότερη περίπτωση, να τα χάσει.
Αυτός είναι ακριβώς ο λόγος που η Αυστρία δεν επιτρέπει τα ξένα καζίνο με νόμο, παρόλο που πολλά αποδεδειγμένα δεν συμμορφώνονται με αυτό!
Δεν αρνούμαι ότι η Γερμανία μάλλον έχει βρει μια αρκετά καλή λύση (ακόμα κι αν κάποια καζίνο εκεί την τηρούν), αλλά και πάλι: όσο υπάρχουν νόμοι, οι άνθρωποι πρέπει να τους τηρούν!
Αλλά επειδή είμαστε επί του θέματος, μπορώ να σας καθησυχάσω 😉, γιατί φαίνεται ότι η Αυστρία θα εκδώσει πολλές άδειες από το 2027. Ωστόσο, αυτές φυσικά θα χορηγούνται μόνο σε καζίνο που είναι καλού χαρακτήρα ή δεν έχουν αγνόησε κανέναν κανονισμό στο παρελθόν ή/και πιθανώς δεν συμμορφώθηκαν με δικαστικές εντολές αναφορικά με τις απώλειες!
Ωστόσο, όλα αυτά ανήκουν στο μέλλον…
Στην πραγματικότητα, υπάρχει μια πολύ απλή λύση: Αποκλείετε όλες τις προσφορές και την πρόσβαση από την Αυστρία και αν κάποιος θέλει/χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε να παίξει (όπως αναφέρατε), τότε αυτοί οι παίκτες θα πρέπει να παίξουν μέσω VPN, γιατί τελικά διαπράττουν οι ίδιοι ένα έγκλημα και δεν έχουν δικαίωμα να διαμαρτυρηθούν!
Αλλά τότε τα καζίνο μάλλον θα ανέτρεπαν τα τραπέζια κάνοντας μήνυση στους παίκτες (φυσικά μόνο για κέρδη, αλλά μάλλον όχι για απώλειες)!
Τελικά, αυτό το θέμα παραμένει απίστευτα υποκριτικό, και δεν θα το ανεχτώ (οι άλλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι να το κάνουν)!

I understand what you mean or what you want to say, but I see it like this:
As long as there are laws, they must be obeyed because they usually make sense!
In this case, it is precisely the aforementioned player protection in Austria, because since I know people/players who, among other things, have destroyed their families due to their gambling addiction, it simply cannot be the case that one can easily deposit tens of thousands of euros per day and, in the worst case, also lose them.
This is precisely why Austria does not allow foreign casinos by law, even though many demonstrably do not comply with this!
I don't deny that Germany has probably found a pretty good solution (even if some casinos there also adhere to it), but again: as long as there are laws, people should adhere to them!
But since we're on the subject, I can reassure you 😉, because it looks like Austria will be issuing several licenses starting in 2027. However, these will of course only be awarded to casinos that are of good character or have not ignored any regulations in the past and/or possibly even failed to comply with court orders regarding the reclaiming of gambling losses!
However, all of this is still a thing of the future...
Actually, there's a pretty simple solution: You block all offers and access from Austria, and if someone absolutely wants/needs to play (as you mentioned), then these players should play via VPN, because then they're ultimately committing a crime themselves and have no right to complain!
But then the casinos would probably turn the tables by suing the players (of course only for winnings, but probably not for losses)!
Ultimately, this topic remains incredibly hypocritical, and I will not tolerate it (others are welcome to do so)!

ich verstehe was Du meinst bzw. damit sagen willst, aber ich sehe es so:
Solange es Gesetze gibt, sind diese einzuhalten, weil Sie im Normalfall einen Sinn haben!
In diesem Fall ist es eben der schon erwähnte Spielerschutz in Österreich, denn da ich Menschen/Spieler kenne, die aufgrund deren Spielsucht unter anderem ihre Familie zerstört haben, darf es einfach nicht sein, dass man problemlos zehntausende Euro pro Tag einzahlen, und diese im schlimmsten Fall auch verlieren kann.
Genau deshalb lässt Österreich die ausländischen Casinos laut Gesetz nicht zu, auch wenn sich viele nachweislich nicht daran halten!
Ich streite gar nicht ab, dass Deutschland wahrscheinlich eine recht gute Lösung gefunden hat (auch wenn sie dort ebenso einige Casinos daran halten), aber nochmal: Solange Gesetze bestehen, hält man sich gefälligst daran!
Aber wenn wir schon bei diesem Thema sind, kann ich Dich "beruhigen" 😉, denn es sieht so aus als ob Österreich ab 2027 mehrere Lizenzen vergeben wird, aber diese werden natürlich nur die Casinos erhalten, welche unbescholten sind bzw. in der Vergangenheit nicht jegliche Vorschriften ignoriert haben und/oder eventuell sogar gerichtlichen Verurteilungen bezüglich der Rückforderung von Spielverlusten nicht nachgekommen sind!
All das ist allerdings Zukunftsmusik...
Eigentlich gäbe es eine recht einfache Lösung: Man unterbindet jegliches Angebot und die Zugriffsmöglichkeit aus Österreich, und wenn jemand unbedingt spielen möchte/muss (so wie Du es erwähnt hast), dann sollen diese Spieler per VPN spielen, denn dann machen sie sich schlussendlich selbst strafbar, und dürfen sich nicht beklagen!
Dann würden die Casinos aber voraussichtlich den Spieß umdrehen, indem sie die Spieler verklagen (natürlich nur bei Gewinnen, wohl aber nicht bei Spielverlusten)!
Letztendlich bleibt dieses Thema unglaublich scheinheilig, und ICH lasse es mir nicht gefallen (andere können dies gerne tun)!
