Hello,

All verified, KYC, email, won 1900. Refused the withdrawal of 1900 so I withdrew the limit of 1000. This was on May 3rd. Have contacted them via live chat and email multiple times...


Now the site won't let me on... I have screenshot of the withdrawal request.


Please advise.

Hey, my advice straight away is submit a complaint on our site.

You shouldn't wait for your money that long, and also if you can't get to the site, that is another warning for me.

So our team will investigate and try to help you in this case.

I would really appreciate your help. They are just replying with the same, " we are sorry for the delay our team is working on your file"....


They just don't want to pay...

Should I just give up??

I wouldn't give up if I were you. We'll see if the complaint gets resolved or not. Then you can decide whether to just let it go.

hi I have the same problem. My withdrawal has been pending since May 26, 2026. I already ask for some update, via chat and email. All the same answer:

Thank you for reaching out! We wanted to confirm that we've received your email and forwarded your request to the relevant team. Once there's an update, we will notify you immediately.

What can i do? Any suggestions?

Hello, if the casino sent you just a generic message like that after two weeks, I’d probably submit a complaint right away. I think they could at least provide some specific information, like whether something is going on or not, because this leaves the player in the dark, with no choice but to wait and no idea how long that will take.

How can you help??? They are located in an unknown country with no way to send a complaint. I am going to contact the federal government of Canada and report if necessary

Go ahead with your complaint and see what happens. We’ll try to contact the casino, but if you don’t answer Tomas’s questions in your complaint, the case will be closed and we won’t be able to help you.
