So far I really like New Vegas Casino. I have deposited a few times and a month ago started a withdraw and I didn't read the terms of the bonus and it was voided. But that was my fault.... We have to read the terms of the bonuses... I didn't... I have deposited a few times since then and have 2 deposits pending now... No bonuses, just playing on my straight cash... I'm hoping they send it like they say so cause I love the games and the casino as a whole.. I try other casinos and deposit there ,but I love New Vegas Online Casino... Will keep in touch on the... Hello Radka. Not sure what KyC is ...Yes , I like the casjnio and have deposited a few files since I put the withdrawals in ... But everyone I have talked to about New Vegas ,says I won't get my money and if I do, it will be weeks or months from now... So I,m gon a hold off on all deposits until I see some cash. I don't playbwith bonuses anymore and my id has been verified for a couple months now... I only put my withdrawal in 4 days ago, but to be honest, with no bonus and using bitcoin to deposit and withdrawal, it shouldn't even take 2 days... just a brief theory: KYC means Know your customer and it is a verification process where the casino usually asks players to provide several documents declaring their identity, address, payment method used for deposit as well as for withdrawal. After this verification is completed withdrawal can be approved.

Now I see you used bitcoin to deposit, so it may be that there is no need for such verification in this case.

Anyway, the payout via cryptocurrency wallet should be the quickest way, I wonder how long will it take.

No , I haven't got either one yet. I contacted the 24 hr live chat yesterday and the told me the same thing as I have read that most everyone else gets told, " you will get your money 1 to 7 business days". I can see how this is gonna play out.. There shouldn't be any issues at all if you don't play with bonuses, and withdrw through bitcoin. My 2 withdraws are $70 and $130, so it's not like it's a large amount of money. I even give them the benefit of the doubt and have deposited 2 more times since I started the withdrawal, but not going to anymore until I see that they are gonna do what they say... Thank you .. Last night I logged in and ask the 24 hr live chat lady what r he statues was on my withdrawals. She said , "you are still in the timeline of 1 to 7 business days". Well, it was same response, just worded alitle different... The 7 business days are up in about 8 hours.. I was so tempted to deposit again and play cause I really do like their games . So, the "first" 7 days are gone? Oh, I'd give it a shot till next Monday, if the money will not reach your account till then, I'd submit the complaint.

Hello Radka and everyone reading... This is a update on New Vegas and Candyland online casinos.. They are run together with same people and alot of the same programs...

However, the reason I am writing this today is to warn everyone what has happened to me ans a few of my friends that play with these casinos... Candyland sent me my 2nd little withdrawal yesterday and with it was a letter saying that security had locked my account . I had got lucky 2 times in the 2 months I played at Candyland and they locked me and told me to find another casino... I would deposit daily multiple times and play for hours there and at New Vegas and now New Vegas has locked me with no explanation . I have been with New Vegas for over a year and had 3 or 4 small withdrawals. There websites say you can withdrawal 4000 weekly but if you get more than 2 withdrawals in your entire time there , then they lock your account and tell you to find another casino... Candyland waited all day after I had deposited multiple times yesterday to tell me they were locking my account... They are crooks that want our money but when we get lucky, you will get your account locked...

As far as I understand your account has been blocked due to some security check (probably triggered by the withdrawal) and soon after your account has been closed completely without any further explanation?

The very same thing happened to some of your friends as well. I'm just thinking aloud now, have you ever played together at the same place sharing the wi-fi connection maybe? I'm just trying to find out what could be wrong. Do you still have an active balance on this account, please?

Anyway, the casino should always explain what's wrong to every player whose account is blocked. Such a player must have a chance to defend him/herself.

Hello Radka. You ask about the guys that played at the same time I was on my property and if we were playing at the same time there was no one using my wifi except me . They were playing off of there personal Verizon cell service. Only reason I use we if is when I want to play with tablet and not phone. I have come to the conclusion that both casinos are just out to take cause when you start getting lucky a time or 2 it's time for you to go..? As far as the re me remains balance, I had played all day, the last day I played at Candyland.. I think you should submit a complaint so we have a chance to investigate what went wrong - officially.

I do not want to repeat myself but (🙂) every decent casino should cooperate with players to maintain a fair gambling environment. If your account was closed without any previous warning it's not ok.

Feel free to submit a complaint here and we shall see what we can find because the other positive thing about complaints is that every player can browse them and learn what happened and how or if the casino engages in dealing with player's issues.
