Joined up yesterday but cannot make a deposit. I chcked with CS before joining and they said they take credit cards but there is no option to use it on the deposit page. Contacting CS 2x

How does the casino expect you to play if there is no deposit option available? Any response so far?

They first told me it was there . I told them I don't see it. I refreshed and still no cc option. I have complained to them several times. They advertise Mastercard. Now they stopped responding when I contact chat.

They take crypto only.

Its not only Visa, Its all credit cards from the USA. Crypto is accepted. Misleading by their customer service reps.

I asked for my account to be closed 3 times. It's still open...see below

I got it. So that's the reason why you want to close your account in this casino, because they don't take any cards from the USA, yes ? 

As far as the account closure is concerned, you didn't get any information or reason why it is not closed yet ? 

They are ignoring my request for closure.

You know a reasonable time frame for such an action is merely a couple of days.
