I made a withdrawal request for 204 euro more than 173 hours ago, I contacted the chat, they wrote to me that requests are usually processed within 24 hours. I’d be disappointed too if I got a message like that and then had to wait for a week. I think casinos should probably avoid setting time limits on withdrawals because when they don’t meet them, players get frustrated. And I don’t blame them.

So my second withdrawal took 50 hours. i was worried ngl. but support responded every time and money came. wouldn't call it fast but at least they're honest. bonus was meh.

Actually i've had faster payouts on worse sites, but i got my payout here in like 5-6 hours (instead of 1, as advertised) . decent bonuses at least))
