I won a giveaway and got a $100 bonus with wager requirement of 15x which I completed and got the balance to $600.They then accused me of doing arbitrage betting with "another account" which I obviously didnt do so I asked them to show some proof and they refused to and blocked my account. Yes sports betting it was the sportsbook provider who raised an issue accusing me of arb betting and the example they showed was them saying i was betting on different sites betting the opposite to guarantee profit but the example they showed was a double so 2 outcomes needed to win the bet for odds of 2.19 and 2.03 according to them. In a double there is different possible outcomes so if i was to bet on all outcomes at those odds it would not be a profit it would be a loss so their evidence is just false and the casino just refuses to show the other evidence after i told them the example was not even right.

We also try not to remove reviews based only on suspicion. If we have enough evidence that reviews are not genuine or were motivated by the casino, they can be removed.

In this case, I think it’s fair to take another look at the reviews you highlighted. The registration dates and one-review-only pattern are certainly relevant signals, even if they don’t prove anything by themselves.

Thanks for listing the accounts so clearly and trust we are dealing with reviews every day and even if we find the pattern later, user reviews are then deleted. On the other way, sometimes what other players see as 100% fake is not the same in our eyes.
