Το Luxury Casino μπλοκάρει τους πόντους VIP μου 84 ευρώ πριν από 2 χρόνια, είναι μπλοκαρισμένοι σήμερα και δεν μπορώ πλέον να τους εξαργυρώσω. Τότε κέρδισα 900 ευρώ μέσω δωρεάν περιστροφών και εφάρμοσα το μπόνους. Μετά από 3 εβδομάδες έλαβα τελικά μια πληρωμή στην τράπεζά μου. Στη συνέχεια, οι πόντοι VIP μου αποκλείστηκαν από την εξαργύρωση στον λογαριασμό παιχνιδιών μου. Αλλά μου επιτρέπεται ακόμα να καταθέσω. Πού είναι το δίκαιο; Δεν γνωρίζω καμία ενοχή και αν προσπαθήσω να ξεκαθαρίσω τα πάντα στο chat, θα με πετάξουν έξω. Ποιος είναι ο απατεώνας εδώ..πολυτελές καζίνο..
It may sound awkward, but loyalty points or bonuses are not considered real money. If we are talking about the amount the casino awarded you for free, I would not call that a fraud. I understand this issue is pretty old, so if you think this casino does not deserve your deposits, maybe you can try to find another one more suitable for you.
Actually, you do not have to be "guilty." Maybe the management simply decided you had enough free stuff as loyalty rewards based on our deposit/bonus history.

Γιατί δεν μπορώ πλέον να εξαργυρώσω τους πόντους στον λογαριασμό παίκτη μου; Το μόνο που ακούω ποτέ από το καζίνο είναι ότι αυτό το μπλοκ είναι προσωρινό, αλλά μπορώ ακόμα να κάνω μια κατάθεση και να συλλέξω πόντους VIP. It looks like the casino's decision was final according to what you write since it has been going on for two years.
Unfortunately, casinos can choose who they offer bonuses and various loyalty rewards to. And since they decided to leave you out of this, it looks like you won't get any loyalty points. Unless the casino reverses the decision.
