Yes, my passport has already been verified, and so far the casino has not requested any additional documents or verification from me.
I contacted their live chat a few days ago, and they told me that my withdrawal is still under internal review, but they were unable to provide any estimated processing time.
I'll wait until the 14-day mark as you suggested. If there is still no payment or no clear explanation from the casino by then, I will submit an official complaint through Casino Guru.
Hopefully, everything will be resolved before that.
