I have been underpaid with the cashack bonus. There were two occasions, on one I earned 104 points and they paid me 0.51 Ars, on another I earned 378 points and they paid me 1.94 Ars.

It should be noted that the bonus is obtained from a coefficient that takes 1 point for every 20 dollars wagered and then, in the end, the points earned obtain 0.5% of the total, which is the amount to be reimbursed.

Well, 378 points are more or less 800,000 ars bet and they have paid me 1.94 ars, in my opinion they forget to convert from US dollars to ARS, that is, multiply by 230/250.

A mi me han pagado de menos con el bono cashack. Hubo dos ocasiones, en una gane 104 puntos y me pagaron 0.51 Ars, en otra gane 378 puntos y me pagaraon 1.94 Ars.

Cabe aclarar que el bono se lo obtiene de un coeficiente que toma 1 punto cada 20 dolares apostados y luego, al final tma los puntos ganados obtiene el 0.5% del total que es el monto a reembolsar.

Pues 378 puntos son mas o menos 800.000 ars apostados y me han pagado 1.94 ars, a mi entender se ovidan de realizar la conversion de dolares estadounideneses a ARS, o sea multiplicar por 230/250.

El reclamo lo realice pero ellos dicen que han hecho bien el calculo de cashback
