If I may,
The verification deposit is not something unusual, BUT I have never understood what casinos aim to verify through a crypto verification deposit.
Crypto is meant to be anonymous and untrackable, so it just makes no sense to me...
Yet according to our system, the predicted Safety Index which defines how likely the casino is going to pay you, does not seem so low. Well, I would be very interested to see anyone who has withdrawn such a balance, preferably with screenshots. 🤷♂️

My question is whether you had to go through any verification and send documents to the casino. Also, have you requested a withdrawal and is it still pending? If so, how long are you waiting for the money?
We give the casino 14 days to pay the player and if nothing happens, then I would recommend another procedure.
