Hi, have you asked the casino why the deposit was not credited to your account?

You mentioned that the deposit did not go through, but did the money actually leave your bank account or payment method? If so, I would also contact the payment provider you used and ask them to confirm whether the transaction was successfully completed and sent to the casino.

Not every failed or missing deposit is necessarily caused by the casino, so it would be best to gather more information from both sides before drawing any conclusions.🙂

Yes, sometimes a deposit may take a little longer to reach the casino. If everything was processed correctly by your bank, the delay may be caused by a third-party payment provider that the casino uses to handle transactions.

You did the right thing by sending the casino proof of the payment. For now, I would remain patient and see what happens over the next few days.
