Αυτό το καζίνο δίνει περιστασιακά ένα μπόνους κατάθεσης όπου πρέπει απλώς να καταθέσετε X ποσό χρημάτων για να λάβετε δωρεάν περιστροφές και τα κέρδη από αυτά πρέπει να στοιχηματιστούν 1 φορές και αν δεν κερδίσετε τίποτα από τις δωρεάν περιστροφές, μπορείτε απλώς να κάνετε ανάληψη των χρημάτων που καταθέσατε!

Λοιπόν, έχω χρησιμοποιήσει αυτές τις προσφορές αρκετές φορές τώρα, πιθανώς πάνω από 10 φορές! Πριν από περίπου 2 εβδομάδες έκανα μια κατάθεση με αυτό το μπόνους κατάθεσης και όταν δεν κέρδισα τίποτα από τις δωρεάν περιστροφές αποφάσισα να κάνω ανάληψη των χρημάτων αλλά μου λέει "η ανάληψη μπλοκαρίστηκε". Ρώτησα τον πράκτορα τι διάολο ήταν που μπορούσα πάντα να το κάνω αυτό και τότε ένας εκπρόσωπος εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ονόματι "Minna" είπε ότι υπήρχε κάποιο εμπόδιο που παραβίαζε τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις γιατί δεν μπορούσα να κάνω ανάληψη και απλά απάντησα ότι ήταν εντάξει και το έχασα γιατί έπρεπε να στοιχηματιστεί και δεν κατάφερα να πάρω πίσω τα χρήματα που κατατέθηκαν!

Λοιπόν, πριν από μια εβδομάδα έκανα μια κατάθεση και χρησιμοποίησα ξανά τον ίδιο τύπο προσφοράς, π.χ. 60 δωρεάν περιστροφές και τα κέρδη πρέπει να πονταριστούν 1x, δεν κέρδισα τίποτα παρά μόνο μερικά σεντ από τις δωρεάν περιστροφές και τα στοιχημάτισα και μετά αποσύρθηκα και ξαφνικά μπόρεσα να κάνω ανάληψη των χρημάτων. απάντησε ότι υπήρχε κάποιο σφάλμα συστήματος γιατί μπόρεσα να αποσυρθώ και μετά χάθηκε η σύνδεση με τον πράκτορα και δεν μπορούσα να ξεκινήσω νέα συνομιλία!

I deposited 20 e just a h ago, then had 10 e on my account when I went to chat to ask how do you possibly delete the account.

Because I wanted to know the settings...where or how.

Well, they didn't say anything but closed my account with my money on there and now when I emailed them, why they closed my account and took my money, they said they don't return money under 10 e (there was more than 10 to be exact) and that I asked them to close?

With really sarcastic and estonian soviet attitude they put laughing emojis on the chat.Then I asked GDPR info so that I could get all the accoount info and chat info so that I could make a complaint to Estonian officials but they haven't yet replied to GDPR request. This casino is HIGHLY SHADY! Thank god I only tried it with 20 e. BUT it is principle! They should be able to do this!

WEll. Because of the censor I have to write this again and hope to get some help.

So I did a experiment deposit of 20 e to this XXXXX casino and played 9 e of it, then looked at safeguard play options and didn't see even a possibility to delete ones account, so I went to chat and asked "how does one delete the account?" They said nothing and just deleted my account then and there.

My money was left in the account and I emailed them saying that you just deleted my account eventhough I made no direct request to do so, they started laughing and said that I wanted them to do it and that they don't return the balance.

I then said I make an official GDRP-request here since they are and EU based(surprise Estonia) company and that there I will get to show officials that they are doijng this on FALSE pretences and detained all my money without any LEGAL right!

How can they do this, they just send me laughing emojis via email. Do I have a good case to complaint?
