They will ask you to resubmit the request and then repeat the process for another 15 hours. This can go on for days. Keen to know if anyone else has had this type of dealing with them.

Yes I have, with no issues. Has only been happening with my most recent requests. So either a recent change or they are withholding the funds. When they reject the request, the funds are returned to my balance, they tell me to resubmit it but then block the withdrawal function, claiming they cannot take any requests due to system maintenace. Almost feels like they are wanting me to play the funds through rather than withdrawal. I havent touched the funds and re-request when able to, only to be met with the same issues.
