I have no idea how to help you. You basically played casino games on a website that was created by someone who's not controlled by any official institution. I'm just surprised they even called you few times. It just tells me that they might be willing to discuss your case with someone or they offered you the bonus, because they're afraid you could sue them.

Honestly, you probably won't, because the casino stopped talking to you and there's nobody you can complain to. Anyway, you can still consider suing them. Them must be based in some country so you could go to the local court. You won a lot of money so it's probably worth the try.
You can at least prepare everything with a lawyer and tell them that if they don't pay, you'll go to the court.

Hi I'm wondering if any Aussies have been paid out recently by Jackpot Jill? I've read quite a few reviews where Aussies have not been paid with JJ eventually blocking their accounts. My father has recently had heaps of trouble resulting in no payment. This casino has definitely changed there's something wrong. Also after giving his bank detail he has lost money from his bank acc which the bank is now investigating.
