Ho fatto 3 richieste di prelievo da 500 euro l'una (come da limite) in data 29/12 30/12 e 31/12 e tutt'ora risultano essere in sospeso. Dopo aver contattato diverse volte l'assistenza clienti mi hanno sempre risposto dicendo che era tutto regolare e che i prelievi erano nella fase finale dell'elaborazione. Oggi dopo un mio ennesimo sollecito mi hanno risposto così: Desideriamo informarla che la sua richiesta di prelievo non è andata a buon fine da parte del fornitore del servizio di pagamento.
