May I ask whether you passed the KYC (know your customer) verification yet?

I'm asking because it is still one of the most common reasons for delayed payments.

As far as I can tell the casino was reviewed just recently, no feedback to be found. 🙁

Anyway, if you wait for more than 2 weeks, then I'd suggest you submitting a complaint since that's enough time for processing any withdrawal.

To me, it seems your account is just under investigation; the casino is suspecting you, but the final verdict has not been made. Is this correct?

First: you may wait for the casino to proceed with the investigation, there is still a chance you will make it out without restrictions.
