Well it's like this I made 15 Deposits received a bonus but I had to play games to receive the bonus first which was like $10 and I had 6 days to complete wasn't happening I tried with 4-5 deposits no luck! Because to get this bonus which was what $10 wow last three spins anyways the playthrough was crazy to receive this bonus of $10 well I kept losing the deposits I never really gained anything always spinning but never Winn ng much of at all one game I spun mostly 55 times not one win something gave up didn't go back for a week deposited some bnb first game played I won like $200 I withdraw quickly to see how legit this casino was I received it quickly 15 minutes so the next day which was.last night I played through all my winning plus and lost it all and I remind you I was recieving Cashback before this and for playing for hours and raising 4 lvls and losing everything I won and plus my out of pocket money there was no option for Cashback so I looked to goto to telegram and I joined last week and it was deleted and I was blocked. And another thing is support tells me they forwarded it to the team this is very fishy here why was I deleted or blocked from telegram I never done anything or spoke to anyone also why was I getting Cashback when we had finds in my account because y after I lose all they blocked me from this and I payed like for hours and lot a money and there is not Cashback and I we t 4 levels up I called my attorney and mentioned this to him as we have now discussed three online casino problems that have stollen my funds and played games with my hardworking money I'm yet to hear from the team about my Cashback I'm going to pursue this if I am not compensated for my losses it states this in there terms ice read all of them and also takes screenshots of these make this right HunnyPlay don't be another Betfury I'm yet awaiting for my funds

No I received mo bonus after 15 deposits and they are still trying to give me a bonus where I have to deposit to earn it! And guess what I'll have to make like 20 deposit to maybe recieve it without any Cashback and I'll lose all the money I deposit on top of that it's a complete scam and my attorney and his firm are on it!

What does your proof look like? You made a deposit > you lost the deposit > you complain you want a refund > you dont get a refund because that is how gambling works?

They said they had to verify my winnings with the supplier at that time because I won on slots, but that's all. There is no verification process at this casino because it is an anonymous crypto casino without KYC. It would be strange if they wanted me to go through verification now because I have withdrawn more than 200k in total without verification.
