Έκανα την πρώτη μου κατάθεση σε αυτό το καζίνο Hotloot στα 25€ και όταν πλήρωσα, η ιστοσελίδα απλώς εξαφανίστηκε από το πρόγραμμα περιήγησης. Στη συνέχεια, έκανα άλλη μια κατάθεση 25€ και με τον ίδιο τρόπο η σελίδα του καζίνο Hotloot απλώς εξαφανίστηκε.
Θα έπρεπε να είχα λάβει μια φόρμα εγγραφής αμέσως μετά την κατάθεση, ώστε να μπορέσω να δημιουργήσω έναν λογαριασμό, αλλά μόλις μου έκλεψαν 50 ευρώ.
Τους έστειλα ένα email σχετικά με το θέμα, στο οποίο συμπεριέλαβα φωτογραφίες από αυτές τις δύο καταθέσεις από την τράπεζά μου, αλλά δεν έχουν απαντήσει ακόμα.
Αυτό συνέβη στις 9 Σεπτεμβρίου 2025.
Έστειλα επίσης μήνυμα στην τράπεζά μου σχετικά με αυτές τις καταθέσεις για να δω αν μπορούν να ακυρωθούν στην τράπεζα.
May I ask why you deposited also the second time, though, if you saw that the site wasn't working right?
I hope that you will be able to get it back from your bank because, as you can see also from the safety index of this casino, it is really bad.

hello everybody,mine experience is that i put 100 e inside on this casino: hotloot88.io and i win 600E. That was yesterday. So i want now whitdrawall,but first a barely verfied mine account they asked id and bank statement with proof of adress okay im already nervous,so i contact support on gmail and solve this step but now when i putted payment,i putted just 100 on USDT etherium to see bcs they say its instant to e-wallet and to bank waitin 3 days. they didnt acept 100 they say now i can make witdrawal only on bank what i used to deposit money.. so now i put 500 on mine revolut and they say again 3 days hhahah but i think its scammers

Made a withdraw 28.11.2025, and the declined it 1.1.2025. Made a new one and no the site is down and have not got my moneys still.

Το καζίνο απέρριψε την ανάληψη την 1η Δεκεμβρίου 2025 επειδή το ποσό της ανάληψης ήταν πολύ μεγάλο. Προφανώς, ένας καταθέτης μπορεί να κάνει ανάληψη μόνο 15 φορές το ποσό που είχε κατατεθεί. Γι' αυτό το λόγο η ανάληψη απορρίφθηκε.
Το Livechat απάντησε ότι η ανάληψη έχει ελεγχθεί και χρειάζονται ξανά 3 ημέρες για την πληρωμή, αλλά στον ιστότοπό τους υποσχέθηκαν να επεξεργαστούν ολόκληρη την ανάληψη εντός 3 ημερών. Τώρα χρειάζονται πάνω από 5 ημέρες.
If your withdrawal was canceled and you had to submit a new one, then the time is counted from when you submitted the second withdrawal. Of course, this limitation is not ideal, and it speaks for itself at the casino.
