i requested a withdrawal a week ago and it has been continuously cancelled by the casino. I’ve emailed with them and been told there is an issue with payment provider and to give it a little more time. Since then I also made a smaller withdrawal that was successful. Any advice?
Hello, my recommendation is to ask if you can use a different payment method if the one you are using is not working. If that is not possible, could they at least tell you approximately when this problem should be resolved? I might wait a little longer, but if nothing happens, I would submit a complaint to us.

I have requested the withdrawl with different cards but still being cancelled. The only other option to withdraw is crypto and I have no idea how to do that. I have asked via email an approximate time, but reply is always the same that they are working on it and to give it a little more time.
I see there was another complaint raised on this site for the same casino and that has been resolved so hopefully same will happen for me.
