I see that even after a while nothing has changed. I would probably recommend not to play in such a casino, because according to the safety index it is a bad choice. 

I also noticed that you have already opened a complaint, so I wonder if the casino will be willing to resolve things with us or ignore us. 

Whatever the outcome, definitely don't play here anymore and go to a casino that is more trustworthy.
