Ο λογαριασμός μου μόλις μπλοκαρίστηκε αφού προσπάθησα να κάνω ανάληψη χρημάτων, λέγοντας ότι χρησιμοποιούσα πολλούς λογαριασμούς που δεν είμαι, απλώς έχω δύο συσκευές στο σπίτι, αλλά μόνο έναν λογαριασμό… Συνημμένες φωτογραφίες.

My account just has been blocked after trying to withdraw some money, they saying that i was using multiple account which im not, just have a two device at home but only one account…Photos attached.

What happened to the withdrawal service from GGBET? Why am i being delayed for almost 2 weeks long still i have not receive my money and the solution provided is to cancel my requests and recreate again. This is actually kinda frustrating, the whole month of April i have been trying to get GGBET to send in my money, since the 2nd April when I created my first withdrawals, I have already gone through cancellation, recreating requests, still being delayed. This is disappointing as for the past years of using GGBET, i never experienced this kind of slowness that's why it keeps me been spending on them for years. There must be something wrong on the payment provider since they have broken the terms of 14 days waiting timeline but still did not transfer me my money. Already spent around 15 days waiting for the withdrawals, got advised to cancel then recreate requests and i done so, the requests are still in progress and i kinda expect they gonna put my money floating for another 14 days. Currently i already have 6 withdrawals ongoing, 3 withdrawal funds are retrieved from the cancelled requests that exceeded 14 days, another 3 withdrawal requests have already in progress for 7 days, i sincerely need help to get GGBET send in my money asap. I don't want to waste another 14 days and soon very likely to be another month to receive my money again

Yes i do feel the same way, but what frustrated me more is GGBET is not aware of this and do not want to actually take action and fix this issue. They seem that not having the transparency on where and how is my money being handled and I feel this is very irresponsible as a well known bookmaker. I can't really afford to spend or waste another of my 14 days to wait for my money but still cannot receive any pennies. Please do reach out to GGBET and get them actually take action in fixing this or reaching out to work with the payment provider about this instead of just asking user to wait with a endless timeline

I have read so many reviews about GGBET online recently, so many people are having the same issue as me. Look at one of the example of the review, the user took one whole month still is not being credited. And I forsee the same case will happen on me too, which it is unacceptable to me. What do you think all those reviews mean? I say it means the casino probably faces the issues with payment provider - as described earlier. Be patient, no one can solve such a complex problem on behalf of the payment provider. It requires time.
I thought so too therefore i actually asked the CS once. He told me that everything is working fine, if there is something technical functioning wrongly, they should be noticed.
