Hi I had a very bad exoerience with Genesis Casino. The way the treat their new players abd after winning 2300 zar they cinfirmed that a 3rd party bank has been verified, my wifes account and then they say that my withdrawal is rejectes null and void. Be carefull that is all im saying

sadly you are supposed to use the payment method associated with you personally, otherwise, you may be accused of breaching the rules. As far as I understand you willingly used your wife's account. Next time, you should inform the casino in advance and ask if this is ok.

I dont know if you guys understand south african bank laws. I have signature rights on the account. I am married within community of property. The account is funded by my salary.

They said after PHONE CALLS that is not true that a third party uses my account and i quote the email extraction

I was supposed to get a new player bonus never received it. It was the first time i played on this scam site. Myself as a player have no rights and casinos can just take peoples money. I am busy with media platforms if i dont get my money i am going to make it my lifes work to expose these casinos

They firstly treated me lije a criminal as when i an an hones citizen of this country. I do not appreciate that and no one gives them that right. I will lay a complaint at the human rights commission that i can oromise you. They think they can do and say to leoole what they want and on top of it all is this how they treat their new customers

The problem is that they somehow ended up thinking that you're not the person who played on your account. If they even had the verification call with you, I believe there had to be said something that serves them as a proof.

I can see you already opened the complaint here so let's wait how it develops. I hope the casino has a recording of that call. That could help to clarify it all.
