I have tried to register on this website. Confirmation email is neccesary to finish registration and I haven't received yet. Probably they have some internal bug/problem. Have you tried to write on their customer support? 🙂

I can see you already submitted the complaint, but you haven't replied to it for a week so the timer was extended for another week.
