I have won an amount of R1200 from Flashbetza. Its been 34 day now since my withdrawal request and everytime I ask about it, its the same message I get of a back log of pay outs. What can I do to get my winnings

I have also been treated unfairly by flashbetza, with them using the same excuse on me as what jerome had. "we are facing a massive backlog of withdrawals" it seems like they are using this excuse with everyone that places a withdrawal with decent size. It doesn't make sense that they can have a constant backlog that seems to "never clear"

Its been a very long time, months. My account was verified by fica but they just never approved my withdrawal, they just left it there. I have given up on pursuing this matter because you can tell they do this on the regular with no repercussions.

So this whole situation with the withdrawal happened months ago. What time frame are you talking about, exactly? Can you still log into your account and is the money still there, or did the casino take it?

Yeah, I was just scrolling here on casinoguru and saw what jerome said so i thought to myself, I also want to shed light on this so that other people don't get caught in the trap like i did. I don't remember any of my login details since i stopped caring after the first month of waiting. And as for the money, it got removed from my balance as soon as i did my withdrawal.
