FABSPINS CASINO also known as RBCARNIVAL ROOM and now IBIZA ROOM was originally RAGING BULL CASINO

This was my favourite casino, but now instead of recommending it, I'll be advising people to avoid it and any casino's connected to it.

Having to wait for over 4 months for my withdrawals worth $5000 is so disgraceful. They are happy to take your money, but withdrawals are a nightmare.

I've followed the rules and regulations, and I can't find any reason or have been told any reason why its taking so long, other than the same response Im told every time, That we are sorry for the delay, the payment department is very backed up, and that everything is fine, thankyou for your patience, and your payments will be processed very soon.

But 4 months on and still I have no idea when or if this is actually going to be paid.

FABSPINS CASINO you should be ashamed.

I'm sorry we were not able to help you via your complaint. It's sad when the casino ignores players!

I too thought this was a good casino, but now waiting for withdrawals also since last year.

Hi Radka, I am waiting on withdrawals at "tropical fortune" and "Ibiza room" which were upgrades from raging bull and another site. They seem to shuffle you from site to site. So when I logged into raging bull it logged me into one of these and called it an "upgrade". The are still communicating with me, saying to be patient. Am I able to lodge complaint against either of these - I did not see them on your site. Thanks

I see now! Sounds like a VIP room to me. This is potentially risky since the players are just redirected there - no direct login. I found some casino hides behind those rooms making effective communication more complicated. Sometimes we spent quite some time evaluating to which casino each room belongs.

But - don't let me scare you. Your case seems a bit different. Casino communicates with you - that's always a good sign!

Since those sites are not casinos, please use the option "I do not know the casino" and then paste the link or links there. Feel free to copy your posts there as well to save you some time with entering details.

WOW, I am pleased and surprised to day that I got paid by both sites. One payment in June and another in August. These withdrawals were from last year, but I politely persisted with Live Chat and had about fifteen escalations and told to be patient..... and surprisingly I was paid. Much thanks to this site and to Tomas who persisted and tried to unravel the mystery of which casino these unlicensed sites are related to.

Well, we are glad that your situation turned out happily in the end. I think you kept a great deal of calm, which paid off in the end. As they say, 'patience brings roses', and in this case, although it was not easy, it proved to be true. 

Now I think you'll probably choose your casinos a lot more carefully.
