I got a new case for a new casino and got ALL the proof you need. In my opinion and according to the rules they stole 554 euro from me.
I played after a long time again in a new casino that had a 4.0 of trustpilot so i thought oke thats a good one.
I made a deposit and used the first welcome bonus. I had to wager 1.800 euro and the winning were great!
So i played and wagered the 1.800 euro (see below)
... My funds were 1.054,85 EUR and then BAMM suddenly they took 554 euro. I thought already that´´s a mistake becuase i FULLY read the bonus terms (see the below).
Then i contacted them and they said the maximum payout is 500 euro? Then i thought where is that mentioned then i double checked again and gues what NOT MENTIONED ABOUT A MAXIMUM PAYOUT.
Then i thought ok maybe the 500 is based on 20 euro deposit bonus and i made 30 euro deposit so i thought in that case it should be instead of 500 higher to 750 because i made 50 % more deposit. They cleary said no the 500 is maximum. Then i thought so what if i make a deposit of 500 euro how does that works
So you have to wager 30.000 euro and then you can withdraw 500 euro, come on that makes NO SENSE at all.
But it does not matter they had their bonus policy and they had to mentioned this and now they let players play and when they win a lot just say no maximum is 500 euro.
I searched and searched on their website but it´s nowhere mentioned about the maximum payout.
Can you put this casino on the list so we can start a case because at this point they stole 554 euro of me by fraud

Hm...It is clearly written that the maximum payout for the first welcome bonus is 1500 euros, so I don't understand why they would say it is only 500, actually.
I believe that even though this casino is not in our database yet, you should file a complaint here. Our team will try to contact them anyway.
When submitting, choose the option that this casino is not on the list or choose any other casino from the list and then explain to our team for which casino exactly you would like to file the complaint. We will fix everything.

Hello, I believe the information displayed in the screenshot indicates that the maximum bonus is up to 1000 for the first deposit and a maximum of 1500 for the second deposit. I'm uncertain if this represents the amount that can be withdrawn, but I believe it doesn't. It, in my opinion, describes the max bonus amount instead. Regardless, based on the chat conversation, I find the bonus to be quite unreasonable.
Has perhaps anywhere in the rules stated those 500 as a withdrawable amount?

Thank you for bringing this into the light. In that case, I would be very careful with depositing on such sites. The casino does not have to be a complete "scam"; I'd say; just a few unclear deposit offers are enough to ruin the day... This particular one looks just like one of a kind...

You wanne laugh! It happens AGAIN but this casino reponse is rigged as hell.
Again NOTHING about maximum payout. Now i double check in the chat and this is way too ridicilious.

Because of their mistake i lost round 800 euro. Ridicilious this can happen.

Hello again, I won't ask you how you are doing, because those posts basically say a lot...
Therefore, I strongly advise you to steer clear of bonuses that lack clear rule visibility or whose rules are hidden. As you can see, the casino can respond in a most frustrating way and even void the money.
This has nothing to do with legality, but when you mentioned that already, I doubted this site was licensed in your country, so it would be wise to follow only the official online casinos registered in the Netherlands.
When it comes to this one, though, let's see how they will respond to the complaint. Just one piece of advice: when you're complaining, focus on describing the situation; there is no need to start with what you can prove and what you think. This section goes later through the complaint itself. I perfectly understand your opinion is very important to you but plays little role when submitting a complaint. Full description of the events is more important as a start.

I'd like to thank you for sharing all this, because it is just as you said. Even though I'm sorry you have to face this situation, sharing that gives the others a fair chance to reconsider poor choices.
I'm also glad you're okay. I hope I wasn't too nosy with the license, though. I mean it well. 🙂
